I went out to our warehouse to take a look at the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # THROD2 that you referenced and measured an overall height with the plate of 4-7/8 inches. I have attached an image to assist.
These springs are confirmed to fit your 2010 Honda Odyssey and will simply replace the factory bump stops on the frame. I have included a short video review that you can check out as well.
