If Brophy Camper Tie Downs Bend Can they be Bent Back
Question:
Both rear tie-downs bent after hitting a large pot hole on the road. Can they be bent back without losing their integrity? If not, is there any warranty?

Expert Reply:
If the bend wasn't enough to affect the integrity of the tie downs then yes you could bend them back. So basically bend them back and as long as you don't see any metal creasing, paint flaking, or any other obvious signs of stress you'd be fine. If they are stressed to the point they need replacing these have a 1 year warranty.
