Can Atwood Air Command Rooftop RV Air Conditioner w/ Heat Pump # AT15028-22 Replace Dometic
Question:
I have a 2016 gateway fifth wheel with Dometic AC are conditioners. Can I install your Atwood AC heat pump unit it in replace. What the thermostat wiring need to be changed. Or can I use the remote control to control the AC heat pump.

The Atwood Air Command Rooftop RV Air Conditioner w/ Heat Pump # AT15028-22 can install in place of your Dometic AC unit as it's designed to fit the standard roof ducting of fifth wheel campers. This comes with it's own thermostat and remote which you'd need to use in place of what you currently have.
The similar kits we have that are designated as being for a specific AC unit replacement are ones designed to use the old thermostat setup.
