Height of Horizontal E-Track Part # E19148
Question:
What is the height dimension of the Horizontal E-Track, # E19148. Rather than surface mounting the track, I am considering routing out a channel so I still have a flat deck in my trailer, but not if it requires cutting too deep into the floor.

Routing out a channel in the trailer like you describe is a very slick method of attaching the e-track that works very well.
The e-track is .430 or a bit less than 7/16 of an inch thick (see photo).
