Should Fulton Magnum Trailer Jack Wheel Swivel
Question:
The wheel on my jack does not swivel. I see from a previous response that the inner shaft is supposed to swivel within the outer. Mine has a deep groove in the inner jack, and a corresponding groove in the out which would seem to prevent swiveling. How should swiveling occur in this model?

Expert Reply:
Does the deep groove look like it was caused from damage or is it how the jack was designed? The Fulton Magnum with a wheel was designed to swivel so if yours does not swivel that would indicate most likely there is a problem with it. We have similar jack like the Fulton # FXP15L like you referenced which does swivel and would be a great replacement.
