We are needing to know the measurement for where the rails should sit in relation to the box end for a 1995 Chev 1-ton dually. Thanks a bunch for your help. Appreciated.

What you can do is use the instructions for installation kit # RP30035. This kit has the brackets and the rails. If you are not needing the rails, you can still use the instructions which I have linked for you. Looking at the instructions, the back edge of the rear most rail will be 30-15/16 inches from the rear edge of the truck bed (long box) or 26-3/16 inches (short box).

The king pin will be approximately 1-1/2 inches forward of the center of the rear axle. The front most rail you can position by placing the hitch in the back rail and then seeing where the front rail needs to go based on the hitch position.
