I have went from a 6 pin to a 7 pin and when wiring everything up in a junction box I cannot get my brakes to work. Everything else works but I cannot seem to get the brakes to work!! Can you help?

The is most likely related to the fact that there are two ways a 6-way will typically get wired and the only difference is that the 12 volt accessory circuit and the brake output circuit are switched. I attached a picture that shows a diagram for a 6-way for you to check out. Most likely something got mixed up when making the conversion due to the difference there so you'd need to check the wiring.
