Can I Use Sumo Springs on 2016 Ford F-150 With 3 Inch Lift
Question:
I have a 2016f150 4wd with a three inch lift, will these helper springs work? I have 11 inches from the axle to the frame.

Yes, the SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs part # SSR-117-47 work on the 2016 Ford F-150 with a 3 inch lift if you use the 1 inch spacer included in the kit.
The springs are 9 inches long and you have 11 inches from the axle to the frame. You will have 1 inch of space between the spring and the axle which is fine. I have attached a video of an installation on a 2017 Ford F-150.
