Recommended Platform-Style 2 Bike Rack for Electric Bikes

Looking for a 2inch mounted platform bike rack for 2 Prodeco G Mariner 7 electric bikes with fenders. Each bike weighs about 50 lbs. Would the Thule TH83Jv work with the fenders?

We have the perfect bike rack for your electric bikes, the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider for Electric Bikes, part # HLY84FR. The rack holds the bikes by the wheels and the cross-tubes, so the fenders won't be an issue. The rack has a whopping weight capacity of 80 lbs per bike, so it will handle your 50 lbs bikes with no problem.
Thule specifically mentions that the T2 Platform Bike Carrier, part # TH83JV should not be used on bicycles equipped with fenders, as it prevents the hooks from getting a good grip on the bike tire.
A phone call to Yakima confirms that they do not recommend using their HoldUp two bike rack, part # Y02443 with bike that have fenders. Kuat also does not recommend a platform rack whose hooks grab the wheel, because of the fender issue.
