Suspension Enhancement Recommendation for 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 with 5th Wheel Hitch

I just purchased this set for my 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 quad cab 4wd to assist with towing a 5th wheel. I just noticed in the preview of the product this statement it wasnt anywhere on the main product page: Not compatible with in-bed hitch. What exactly does that mean? Thanks!

An "in-bed" hitch refers to a gooseneck or fifth wheel trailer hitch setup like you have in your 2018 GMC Sierra 1500. Since none of the air bag kits we offer for your truck are compatible with in-bed hitches your best option is going to be a jounce spring style of suspension kit like the # TGMRCK15S which fits if you do NOT have the Magneride suspension or the part # TGMRCK15MR for if you DO have the Magneride suspension.

Some people will attempt to modify the brackets of air bag kits to fit around the fifth wheel brackets but that's not something we recommend since it will void warranties.
