Yes, the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter # DM6200 along with the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch # DM8550034 will work perfectly on your 2019 Nissan Titan XD short bed that is equipped with the factory rail kit. The adapter will drop right into the factory pucks on the truck bed to provide the needed rails compatible with the Hijacker.

This is an excellent setup for your Nissan Titan XD and the Hijacker's automatic slider will give you the needed cab clearance during sharper turns. Its wraparound single-piece jaw (with a 3/4 inch thick locking bar) will also allow for an incredibly secure connection with the trailer and a really smooth, quiet ride.
