Can Truck and Trailer with Weight Distribution System be Turned Tightly

Is it possible to make a tight turn with the WD hitch and sway bars in place? For example turning into a gas station or parking lot or campground. Is backing up any different with a WD hitch and sway bars in place?

With a weight distribution system like the Fastway part # FA92-00-0600 you can back up as long as you back up mainly in a straight line. You want to avoid getting the trailer into too tight of a jackknife situation. Going forward you're totally fine to make tight turns as you can't get into the same tightness of a turn like you can in reverse.
