Installing LG Over-the-Range Microwave Oven Without Upper Cabinet

Question:

The Microwave, part #324-000137, appears to be a good fit dimensions for my need. The unit is to be located over the gas range where one did exist prior to me owning the coach. There is an exhaust vent on the back wall for use. The back wall, ceiling, and thin header trim board is what is available for support. There is no above head cabinet for support. Is the mounting hardware supplied with #324-000137 adequate for this install.? I have pics if needed.

I contacted the manufacturer and the microwave part # 324-000137 needs to be mounted against a flat, vertical wall constructed of a minimum of 2 x 4 wood studding and 3/8 inch drywall. The microwave does come with a mounting plate to install it to the wall and mounting hardware to attach it to an upper cabinet.

The installation requires the wall and the upper cabinet to support 150 lbs. If the wall can support 150 lbs on it's own you can probably attach it to the wall without an upper cabinet as long as it is attached to the wall studs.
