If you are looking for a 12V ceiling light that can be operated by a dimmer switch you can use any of the incandescent lights shown on the linked page. Although most of these have an on/off switch they can still be used with a wall-mounted dimmer by leaving them in the "on" position and using the dimmer for control.
One of our most popular lights is # RVIL22, but we also have some lights that more look like a house light fixture. Any of the lights on the linked page will work with a dimmer so you can choose the style that best fits your needs.
