Polish and Buffer for Removing Oxidation on Horse Trailer Paint

I have an old horse trailer with a good deal of oxidation on the paint. Would this product work to remove that or do you have another recommendation?

I wish it would, but you'd need to look into a polish that would get applied with a buffer to remove oxidation like with the Griot's Garage Complete Compound Correcting Solution for Vehicles and RVs # 34910862. We have orbital buffers too like the part # 349BG21. The orange pad part # 34910633 would work well for this as well.
