Can the Towed Vehicle Rock Guards Be Modified

The rock guard has to 12 inches high and 86 inches wide. Or one i can cut to this size.

I do have a number of different options to help protect your toad from rock chips while in tow but none of them are designed to be cut of modified to an exact size and they are all designed for specific tow bar/base plate applications. For example, if you have a Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit then you can use the Roadmaster Guardian Rock Guard part # RM-4000 which measures 26" tall x 71" wide. If you have a Blue Ox Tow Bar you can use the Blue Ox KarGard Towed Vehicle Protector part # BX8870 which measures 24-1/2" tall x 72" wide. If you have a Demco Tow Bar you can use the Sentry Deflector for Demco Tow Bars part # DM9523135 which measures 30" tall.

There are adapters to use these guards with different tow bars/base plates so if you have a tow bar/base plate that the above guard is not specifically designed to be used with, just let me know what you have/want and I will see if there is an adapter for you.

If you like, I suppose it is possible to trim the Roadmaster Guardian or Blue Ox KarGard down to better suit your needs but I cannot recommend this. The Sentry Deflector however is adjustable in regards to width so this might be the better option for you but I would need to know what base plate/tow bar you are using in order to determine fit.
