Yes, the Stromberg Carlson Bike Rack Adapter # CC-125 can be used with your Curt Cargo Carrier # C18110. The 4 wheel hoops will just bolt to the mesh floor of the Curt carrier to allow you to secure 2 bikes. You will just want to make sure that the carrier itself is large enough for your particular bikes.
