There is not currently an underbed mounting system with pucks similar to the OEM 5th wheel prep package for your 2018 Ram 2500. Currently the only underbed mounting kit for your truck is the B&W Kit that is the gooseneck trailer hitch and Companion hitch that fits into it.

For this combination, I recommend the Custom Underbed Installation Kit for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWGNRK1384-5W which is the Turnoverball gooseneck hitch. Then you will use the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Dual Jaw - 20,000 lbs # BWRVK3500-5W if you have an 8 foot bed or the Companion Sliding Hitch # BWRVK3400-5W if you have the 6-1/2 foot bed to allow the needed turning clearances.

I also recommend adding a 7-way to the bed of your truck using the Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness with 7-Pole Plug # 41157. This will give you a clean look with easy connection accessibility.
