Trailer makers don't keep track of the smaller items like the specific roof and bathroom vents they install during trailer production since they may choose to change parts at any time. We do have complete replacements as well as spare parts like fan blades for many of the popular brands.
I linked a page that shows all fan blades offered as individual parts. These all come from Ventline, one of the larger suppliers of RV vents. If you cannot match one to yours based on the appearance and specs you can usually find brand and part numbers on the existing vent assembly. You can also send us a photo if you like.
For example, bathroom vent blade part # BVA0312-00 is 6-1/2-inches diameter, has 3 blades and fits on a motor shaft that is 0.214-inches in diameter. This fits a vent with a nominal 7-inch diameter.
I also linked a page showing all type of trailer roof vents including the larger popular size 14 x 14-inches.
