I contacted Superchips and the Superchips Flashpaq part # SU1845 for your 2008 Ford F-250 functions normally even if the Ford has timing chain cam phasers but you may get a check engine light on the dashboard. This may happen because the cam phasers are a custom tune and the tuner is a preloaded tuner.
The tech at Superchips said the best solution is to go to a shop that specializes in custom tuning since you already have a custom tune.
