Availability of 2-5/8 Inch Hitch Ball

am looking for a 2 5/8s inch ball to hook onto an old 1950s military trailer. seem to find everything But thant so HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPP .... please Thanks ever so

I believe what you are needing for your older military trailer is a 2-5/16 inch hitch ball like the Draw-Tite # 63840. Based on my research it looks like some people refer to this size as a 2-5/8 inch unit, but there is no such thing as an actual 2-5/8 inch hitch ball.
Now that you know what diameter ball you need, you will just want to make sure that it's shank is the correct size for the hole on your ball mount (if you have one already). The Draw-Tite hitch ball mentioned above features a 1-1/4 inch diameter shank.
We also have ball mounts available that include this size ball, such as with the Curt # C45332 that has a 4 inch drop and a 15,000 pound towing weight capacity.
