The Draw Tite hitch part # 75237 is the correct hitch for your 2007 Toyota Sienna. The key to picking out a ball mount for your setup will be to get the one that allows the trailer to sit as level as possible. When this hitch is installed on your 2007 Toyota Sienna it will have a height of 11-1/2 inches off the ground so you'll need to next compare that number to the height of your trailer's coupler from the bottom lip to the ground when level. That difference will be the amount of rise/drop you will need.
I also attached a help article on picking out the correct ball mount rise/drop as well. I also attached a link to a page that has all of the ball mounts we offer that will fit this hitch. On the filters you'd then need to select the rise/drop you need to see the best available options.
