Yes, Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # 84545UC1-EZ can be substituted for Pre-Greased Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # AKIHUB-545-35-EZK.
These two assemblies fit the same spindle as both use Inner Bearing # L68149, Outer Bearing # L44649 and Grease Seal # 58846.
Both idler hubs have a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern and are designed to fit 3,500 lb E-Z Lube axles. The biggest difference is that Hub Assembly # AKIHUB-545-35-EZK comes pre-greased and has 1/2" diameter x 1-5/16" long wheel studs while the Dexter Hub Assembly # 84545UC1-EZ is not pre-greased and has 1/2" diameter x 2-1/4" long wheel studs.
