The Pins on the Demco Hijacker SL series measure 29 inches apart from left to right and 22 inches from front to back. If you already have rails in the 2014 Ford F-250 or F-350 without OEM Prep package Super Duty and are trying to make sure the hitch will line up with them, the Hijacker does not use industry standard rails.

I have attached a photo showing the dimensions of the hole spacing on standard industry rails. If your rails measure like the rails in the photo, you do not have the correct rails. You will need Demco base rails part # DM8553000-12 that come with the custom brackets for the Ford.

The pin adjustment on the Demco Hijacker allows you to adjust the hitch for extra clearance, without the use of a slider base, to tow with a short bed truck. The pin adjustment feature is why the Demco Hijacker part
# DM6076SL-16K needs different rails. You can use the Demco Hijacker with a slider base to tow with a short bed truck part # DM6076P-UL-16K and keep the industry standard rails in the truck because it fits with the standard rails and still gives you the clearance that you need to tow because it is a slider hitch.
