Going from the tire size of 205/75-15 to 225/75-15 is a pretty common change for trailer wheels. There are two things you'll want to verify though. First is that your wheel is either 6 inches wide or 6-1/2 inches wide. Those two widths are the two widths that overlap between both tire sizes. Next is that you'll have a tire that's going to be 1.3 inches taller which means your fender clearance will be .65 inches less than what you have now. Normally this is not an issue at all.

The Karrier trailer tire part # AM10303 that you mentioned is a great option and one I highly recommend as it has a speed rating of 81 mph, and comes with a limited 5 year warranty and a 1-year worry-free guarantee.
