Solera Slide-Toppers like the 13 Foot # LCV000165061 you were looking at can be installed on RVs/trailers that have gutters above the slide-out. You just need to make sure there is enough clearance available between the slide out and gutter for the hardware.
I have spoken with Lippert in the past regarding this and they state that you will want about 3 to 6 inches of clearance to allow for proper installation. This also allows for enough of a decline on the topper when it's out for water to run off when it rains. If you have this clearance available then you would install the topper just like normal.
If you do not have the needed clearance then unfortunately there isn't a good solution for adding a Slide-Topper without making some modifications on the trailer, which I do not recommend.
