Availability of Custom Towing Mirrors for 2019 GMC Sierra AT4

I checked with our towing mirror manufacturers and as of yet (March 2019) there aren't any custom options available for your 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4.

With that being said we do have some universal models that should work great. I specifically recommend taking a look at the K-Source # KS3891-2 because of their ratcheting system that provides a more secure attachment than most other models. This leads to less vibration during travel and the ratchets also feature quick-release buttons to allow for fast and easy removal.

These will fit factory mirrors that are between 4-1/2 inches to 11-1/2 inches tall. Looking up the specs for the AT4 model of your Sierra it appears that the factory mirrors aren't different in their physical shape/design than the standard Sierra other than the sleek gloss black finish that is used.
