Base rails are sold in pairs, either as complete kits with brackets like # HT31404-686, or as a pair of rails only like # HT30686. They are not offered individually.

If one rail was damaged during towing I recommend replacing both rails, just for safety. If it was just a case of some heavy cargo in the bed damaging one rail then you can just get the rail-only kit # HT30686 and have a spare.

All industry standard base rails (ISRs) are made with the same specs but different brands of rails and install brackets should not be mixed since there can be fit issues.
