Availability of Replacement Gear Box Housing for Fulton F2 Trailer Tongue Jack
Question:
Hello, I have purchased a number of parts from etrailer recently. However, I am now in need of the Gearbox housing for the Fulton F2. Does Fulton make that part avail? The part is plastic which makes me question the entire design but that is another issue. Thanks!

If you are speaking of the gearbox cover or cap on the top of the jack that is secured by four screws, the replacement is part # F500135.
If you are speaking of the black plastic piece below that cover that wraps around the jack with the hole for the jack handle to pass through, this piece is unfortunately not available as a replacement.

I'm looking for the gear box itself. the hole that the handle goes through is broken. And the gears are also. So I'll need a gear set also.

I have the exact same issue with the F2 gear housing. Seems to be the result of a poor design and/or production flaw. Surprising, especially considering the F2’s weight rating and cost! Is there a solution other than replacing the entire jack?
