Will Aries Round Nerf Bars # AA203030-2 Fit 2009 Ford Expedition with Electric Running Boards
Question:
I have a 2009 Ford Expedition not EL and not Eddy Bauer with electric running boards. Will these bars work on my vehicle? If they will work will I need to take the electric running boards off first. If these wont work please tell me what you have that will work. Thank you

The Aries Round Nerf Bars # AA203030-2 referenced in your question are confirmed to fit your 2009 Ford Expedition. I spoke with my contact at Aries and he said that the existing electric running boards will indeed need to be removed but once they are gone these bars will mount perfectly to the rocker panels on the vehicle.
We do not have any nerf bars available that are designed to install on the Expedition with the electric running boards still in place.
I have attached the written installation instructions for these bars that you can also take a look at.
