Expert Reply:
Trailer tires are going to have a specific capacity and yours may be the right ones for your 2,600 lb pop-up camper.
For example, the ST185/80D13 tire we carry, the Loadstar # AM1ST79, have a 1,710 lb capacity when filled to 65 psi. Two of these tires would have a total capacity of 3,420 lbs which is more than enough for a camper with a 2,600 lb GVWR.
Keep in mind on any trailer tire such as the Loadstar # AM1ST79 you always want to inflate the tire to the maximum cold psi, which on this tire is 65. Doing this will give you the best performance, allowing the tire to wear more slowly and give you optimum gas mileage.
I have added a link to a video review of this tire for you to check out.
