Will Curt Echo Brake Controller Still Function if Cell Phone Connection is Lost

Will it still work if you lost your cellphone single while traveling?

Yes, if for some reason you lost the connection between the Curt Echo part # C51180 and your cell phone the controller would retain it's last used setting and would work like normal. I've confirmed this with my contact at Curt recently.
