Based on my research it looks like your 2006 Forest River Surveyor ST262 is equipped with two 3,500 pound axles. This matches up to the 10 inch x 2-1/4 inch brake assemblies that you said are installed.
For replacement self-adjusting electric brakes the etrailer.com Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35-SA should work perfectly. These assemblies feature the standard 4 bolt pattern for these sized brakes with holes that measure 2-7/8 inches apart, on center. Most likely this matches your existing mounting plates but the only way to be sure is to remove one of the assemblies on your trailer to measure the mounting holes. Unfortunately trailer manufacturers don't typically keep a record of this type of information.
These brake assemblies are self-adjusting so you won't have to do any periodic manual adjustments after the initial installation and their pads are fully bonded to the shoes which allow them to hold up much better over time compared to most alternative assemblies that are riveted.
I have attached an installation video that you can also use for reference.
