Can Swagman Chinook Really Secure Bikes that have Angled Top Tubes

Question:

If your top tube is slanted enough, couldnt someone just undo the wheel straps, and roll the bike forward and out from under the locked frame hook?

If the wheel cradles of the Swagman Chinook 2 Bike Platform Rack # S64683 are spaced properly the bike would not be able to roll forward or back as essentially the cradles act like wheel chocks to prevent this. Basically the bike would have to move up as the wheels climb over the cradles to get out of them which is what the hook prevents. So basically as long as the bike is secure properly to the rack the bikes aren't going to easily be removable.
