I do have a recommendation for a tire that fits a 14" wheel but we don't start seeing 10-ply tires until ST225/75R15 tires. The closest we have for a 14" is an 8-ply. For this I recommend the Provider ST215/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire # TTWTRTM2157514D which has a load range D (2,200 lbs at 65 psi) and a speed rating of 81 mph. This tire comes with a 2-year limited warranty and has siping on the tread which does a better job and channeling water away than standard tread does.

If your trailer has 2 axles then that means the combination of 4 tires gives you 8,800 lbs of weight to work with. LEt me know if you only have 1 axle as you need to look at tires with a much higher weight rating. Please note that you are limited by your lowest rated component when it comes to weight rating. If you have 4 tires for that 8,800 lb rating but your trailer is only rated for something like 6,500 lbs then you cannot exceed that weight as there are other components that are load bearing as well.
