As you can see by the accompanying cut out of the linked installation instructions for the Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP30035 the rear rail (closest to your truck's tailgate) will be 32-1/2 inches from the rear edge of your truck bed to the edge of the rear base rail on your 2008 Ford F-250.
This install kit will give your '08 Ford F-250 a set of base rails that will allow you to fit most sliding 5th wheel hitches, including the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Square Tube Slider # RP30051, which has a 16,000 lb capacity, dual jaw locking system and pivoting head for easier hook-up with your trailer.
