Suspension Support Recommendation for 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 Towing 5th Wheel

Question:

2019 silverado 2500hd. What do you recommend for towing a fifth wheel with a pin weight of 2780. Timbren or air suspension. Not sure if I’ll have sag when hitched just trying to be prepared for what I might need

I prefer the Firestone Ride Rite kit part # F2709 for your 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 that will have a fifth wheel trailer towed. Reason is you'll be able to tailor how much air pressure/support you need based on the amount of sag you experience. The Timbren kits are great and work well but they tend to give a harsher ride quality when unloaded that most don't care for. I attached an install video for this kit as well for you to check out.

For a compressor kit then I'd recommend the Firestone Air Command I part # F2097 because it comes with a heavy duty compressor which will inflate the bags quicker and it comes with a gauge you will mount on the interior of your vehicle to allow you to easily monitor/inflate/deflate as needed.
