The best way to ensure the graphics on your new trailer stay crisp and sharp is to make sure you always have a good coat of wax on the trailer. This coat of wax is going to act as a protectant which will shield the graphics/decals whether they be paint or vinyl from the sun's damaging UV rays which is what cases them to fade over time.
The best wax we offer for the above purpose is going to be the Griot's Garage Liquid Gloss Poly Wax part # 34910969. I recommend you apply a good coat of wax to the trailer twice a year for the best protection but you can certainly do so as often as you like. In order to then apply this wax over such a large surface you will need an electric applicator such as the Griot's Garage Dual-Action Random Orbital Polisher part # 349BG21. This device is going to cut the amount of time it takes to apply the wax to your trailer in half, if not more.
Please note that before you apply the wax to the trailer you will need to make sure you get all the dirt and contaminants off the surface first, therefore a good wash is needed. I recommend using the Griot's Garage Super Concentrated Car Wash for Vehicles and RVs part # 34911103 along with the Griot's Garage Brilliant Finish Synthetic Clay Bar for Vehicles and RVs part # 34910691. This clay bar and soap are going to get all the fine particles off that is missed with most standard wash cloths. Since we are dealing with a larger trailer as opposed to a smaller vehicle we are going to need a large wash bucket, the Griot's Garage Ultimate Car Wash Bucket w/ Casters and Lid part # 34967255CSTBUC.
Finally, you will need more applicator pads for the orbital, I recommend the Griot's Garage Foam Correcting Pads part # 34910633. These products may seem like a lot at first but they are just a fraction of what you paid for the trailer so it will be important to protect it and keep it looking new.
