Converter Recommendation for 1987 Jeey YJ for Adding Third Brake Light
Question:
I am trying to wire up a third brake light on my 87 YJ. When wiring to the brakes on the vehicles. The third brake light flashes with turn signal. Help!!!

What you need is a signal converter like the part # 118158 that you referenced. This will wire to your vehicle wiring that has the turn signals and stop light circuit on the same wire so that you can separate them out to get a dedicated stop light circuit.
