Can LED Trailer Lights be Added to Horse Trailer

Question:

you cant install LED lights in line with regular horse trailer bulbs can you ? another question , if i just use all LED lights on a dedicated circuit that will be alright ? This is on a living quarters horse trailer

You can add LED lights to a horse trailer but you can't install them in series. You have to install them in parallel. This means that the power wire of the LED lights need to run to the power wire of the circuit you want to install them on and then run the ground back to the main ground of the trailer wiring.

In series would mean you'd cut the power wire to one of the other clearance lights and then run the power wire of the LED to that and then run the ground to the other side of the wire you cut.
