Best way to periodically clean the inside of a water tank like this one?

Mix one cup of bleach to four gallons of water for a 15 gallon tank like this. Add the bleach solution to your tank, then fill it up all the way with fresh water. Let it sit for a day and then drain all of the water out and flush with clean water at least three times or until the bleach smell is totally gone.
