Vehicle wheels and trailer wheels have different construction and it is generally not recommend to use either type in the other application.
For use with Timben Axle-Less Suspension # ASR3500S06 you can use any of the idler hubs shown on the linked page. These are available in a number of wheel bolt patterns, including the 6-lug trailer spec pattern 6-on-5-1/2 like the part # AKIHUB-655-35-EZ-K you referenced. On these you can use any Load Range D 15-inch wheel/tire item shown on the other included link, such as Westlake ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer # LHAW121 which is a silver wheel and radial tire rated for up to 75-mph.
Although matching the wheels can look nice the two types usually have different offset, which is the position of the tire tread center relative to the wheel center; this affects tire-to-trailer clearance. Bolt patterns can also differ so the standard 6-on-5-1/2 bolt pattern of a trailer hub like # AKIHUB-655-35-EZ-K may not exactly match the 6-lug pattern on your 4Runner. The linked article offers details on this.
This Timbren hub # AKIHUB-655-35-EZ-K only accepts 14-1/2-inch to 16-1/2-inch wheels; the stock wheel sizes on your 2016 4Runner are 17-inch and 20-inch. Also, great-looking vehicle wheels cost a whole lot more than trailer wheels.
