Bulldog has the mount part # BDW15159 which is a fit for your 2004 Polaris Sportsman 700 4x4 and would work great with the Superwinch Terra Winch.

The Bulldog winch plate part # BDW15159 is also a fit for your Polaris and would work well with the Terra winch but I'd recommend the Superwinch mount for use with your winch since the brands match. Bulldog Winch and Superwinch make their winches to fit the same industry standard winch mounts.
