Wiring for Bully Fire Strip LED Tailgate Light Step BLS-1104L on 2019 Ford F-150
Question:
Connecting the light connector interferes with my tow trailer features. Can I adjust and or cancel out one of the pin connectors to eliminate this problem?

The Bully Fire Strip LED Tailgate Light # BLS-1104L can be spliced into the wiring you'll find along the passenger side frame rail, instead of connecting to the 4-pole trailer wiring that might cause malfunction of the BLIS alert system.
You can use 4-pole kit # 18252 to splice into the frame wiring. Use quick splice connectors # SWC502905-1 for all connections. The kit includes a tester to let you identify the function on each wire. The photo shows the 4-pole function for each pin.
