Could Propane Tank Holder RRRGBH4 Potentially Secure Other Items

Does this system hold only a 9lb tank or can it hold something as well? thanks

The Propane Tank Holder for Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Rack # RRRGBH4 is a ratchet strap with a circle on top that is designed to fit over the nozzle while still holding it tightly. I am sure there is a scenario where this could hold something else but you should note that it's design is for a propane tank so I can't guarantee how well it would do for other applications.
