For 14 inch wheels with 4 on 4 inch bolt pattern, I recommend the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 2,200-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 7" Diameter - 4 on 4 # 8-173-16UC3-EZ along with the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 7" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 2,000 lbs # 23-47-48. You will need to make sure your axle has a brake flange like # 4-34 and make sure the bearing inner diameter of 1.063 inches matches your axle spindles. If your axle is long enough, then this will work well.

The issue you will likely find is that the axles for this capacity are normally not wide enough for a tow dolly and you will need to bump up to the 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern for a larger capacity. I recommend the Trailer Axle w/ Electric Brakes - Easy Grease - 5 on 4-1/2 Bolt Pattern - 89" Long - 3,500 lbs # e43SR instead and then use the Provider ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 14" white mod Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - LR C # TA82MR rated for speeds up to 81 mph.
