Does Reverse Light Circuit of 7-Way Need to be Active with Curt Echo Mobile Brake Controller
Question:
do i need to connect the yellow back up wire when connecting the curt wireless?or do i use all the wiring from my 4way and the black constant power?

The reverse light circuit of a 7-way would not to be active when installing the Curt Echo Mobile Trailer Brake Controller # C51180 that you referenced. All that needs to be active is the stop/turn circuits and the 12 volt accessory circuit.
