How To Carry Two Pairs of Skis and Two Snowboards Together At the Same Time

Question:

Hello, we are a family of 4, 2 of us ski and 2 snowboard. How do you fit 2 snowboards on here next to the skiis? they look like they are on top of each other but where do the snowboard bindings go? I guess you have to remove them? Im a skier not a snowboarder so not sure if this is an easy task. Also is there room for poles too?

In order to carry two pairs of skis and two snowboard together at the same time I recommend using the Thule SnowPack Ski and Snowboard Carrier part # TH7326B which is just simply the larger version of the Thule SnowPack Ski and Snowboard Carrier part # TH7324B that you referenced which would not allow for you to carry two pairs of skis and two snowboard together at the same time unless using two sets.

If you take a look at the attached photo on a similar carrier (part # GRR6B), you will see how it is possible to haul the snowboards with the bindings attached which is done by placing the snowboard together (bottom to bottom) then aligning the snowboards so the bindings sit either inside or outside of the clamps. If any of your snowboards have tall bindings or you have a short roof rack, there are adapters included with the Thule SnowPack to give you the clearance that you need.

In regards to the ski poles, you should have room to place them into the clamps as well but most people just store them in the vehicle so you don't run the risk of them falling out.
