Matching Trailer Axle Specifications to Select Dexter 3500-lb Replacement Axle
Question:
The tag on the trailer reads 3500lb 94HF 80SC Dex# 7636437, Is there any way this 95HF Dexter axle would work okay? Or are they completely different. Do you carry this axle Im searching for?

The Dexter axle you referenced # 7359765 differs from yours in length. This replacement axle has a hub face to hub face dimension of 95-inches, one inch longer overall than yours. Its 3500-lb weight rating and 80-inch spring center spacing are the same. If this slightly wider placement of the hubs/wheels/tire will not cause clearance problems at your fender it will work. Please refer to the photo I linked.
But if you can find the axle's actual 9-digit serial number engraved on the beam tube this will allow me to verify the replacement with Dexter. If you know your hub's specific bearings that will allow you to confirm compatibility with the spindles on axle # 7359765. This axle's spindles fit hubs with inner bearing # L68149 and outer bearing # L44649.
