I may have a solution for you, but I was not able to find a smart TV option that uses 12 volt power. Instead you could use a 12 volt TV like the Jensen HD RV TV - LED # JTV4015DC and then use a Roku plugged into one of the HDMI outputs and you'd essentially have a smart TV!
